Joining After School Club
If you would like your child to join After School Club, please complete the following forms:
These forms are attached below, or you can collect a copy from the school office. Please be aware that without these forms, your child will not be able to attend After School Club.
Please take the time to read the After School Club policy attached below before your child attends After School Club. For more information, or if you have any questions about After School Club, please contact the school office.
Term time only - 3:15pm until 6:15pm Monday to Friday.
Please inform After School Club if you are going to be late to collect your child. If collecting after 6.15pm, late collection charges apply (see below).
All sessions at After School Club are to be booked in advance using a booking form (attached below). We have a facility for parents to book emergency sessions (within 24 hours) when required. Please note that you will be charged extra for these sessions.
Due to staffing requirements at After School Club, we cannot accept bookings after 2.30pm on the day of the booking.
Please notify the school office if your child is not attending a pre booked session at After School Club.
First child - £9.00 (pre booked)
Siblings - £8.20 (pre booked)
Emergency sessions (booked within 24 hours) - £10.00
Please note that sibling charges do not apply if only one child is attending After School Club on a particular day.
The cost for late pick up is as follows: £5.00 up to and including the first 5 minutes over the collection time, £10 up to and including the 10th minute over the collection time, £15 up to and including the 15th minute over the collection time etc. This will be added to your ParentPay account.
All payments for After School Club sessions are made via ParentPay.
Leaving After School Club
If you would like your child to stop attending After School Club you must complete a Notification of Termination of Contract form and return this to the school office. Please be aware that there is a 4-week notice period. This notice period will commence from the date that your Notification of Termination of Contract form is handed in to the school office.
The Notification of Termination of Contract form is available to download below or can be collected from the school office on request.
Children will be served a light snack at After School Club. Please see the attached Menu below.
