Hallam Primary's After School Club provides a safe, friendly and fun environment for your child.

Joining After School Club

If you would like your child to join After School Club, please read, complete and sign the following forms:

• Breakfast and After School Club Policy
• Registration Form
• Collection Form
• Online Booking facility now via ParentPay
• Booking Form for the relevant term - Booking form to be completed for those who pay by Childcare vouchers ONLY

These forms are attached below, or you can collect a copy from the school office. Please be aware that without these forms, your child will not be able to attend After School Club.

Please take the time to read the Breakfast and After School Club policy below before your child attends After School Club. For more information, or if you have any questions about After School Club, please contact the school office.

Times

Term time only - 3:15pm until 6:15pm Monday to Friday.

Please inform After School Club if you are going to be late to collect your child. If collecting after 6.15pm, late collection charges apply (see below).

Bookings

All sessions at After School Club are to be booked in advance via ParentPay account or booking form if you pay by Childcare vouchers.  We have a facility for parents to book emergency sessions (within 24 hours) when required by calling the school office or sending an email to afterschoolclub@hallam.sheffield.sch.uk. 

Please return your completed booking form via email to afterschoolclub@hallam.sheffield.sch.uk.

Please notify the school office if your child is not attending a pre-booked session at After School Club. Refunds will not be made for no attendance.

Cost

£10.50 per session

The cost for late pick up is as follows: £5.00 up to and including the first 5 minutes over the collection time, £10 up to and including the 10th minute over the collection time, £15 up to and including the 15th minute over the collection time etc. This will be added to your ParentPay account.

Payment

All payments for After School Club sessions are made via ParentPay or with childcare vouchers. Please make sure you keep your ParentPay After School Club account in credit.
